Ayurvedic Yoga takes into consideration your personal body type and is completely individual for every student.
After assessing your body constitution through verbal consultation and pulse diagnosis, I tailor make a Yoga class for you which will be taught one to one only.
This method will bring the full benefits of Yoga into your practice with special attention to your needs.
